Contract to supply staff at this exclusive venue. Twenty plus events per year.
Guyzance Hall was a unique wedding venue sleeping over 30 guests on a private estate near Alnwick in Northumberland. The owners (The Robert Parker Collection) had made a decision to operate all their catering at this prestigious venue “in house” and invited Entertain-In to supply our very professional Front of House Staff for all their events. We were delighted to be asked and so a 5 year association with Guyzance Hall began in 2011.
Initially we worked under the supervision of management from Doxford Hall, another property owned by The Robert Parker Collection Hotels. However, it so became evident to them that we were able to manage all the events from set-up to close down by supplying a Supervisor, who acted as Master of Ceremonies, a team of Front of House staff, bar staff and kitchen porters. As well as providing whole teams of service staff for weddings we also supplied our service staff for smaller functions and private parties.
Due to Guyzance Hall being the only property with the Robert Parker Collection which was not a fully operational hotel it was unfortunately put on the market in 2015. We however have continued our association the Robert Parker Collection of hotels and still supply them with Front of House staff at their other venues.
The service we gave
From setting up a room for a wedding ceremony to locking up the venue after each event we were given full autonomy to manage each event and carry out the all aspects of service at as we felt fit, providing the best possible service at all times at every event. This allowed us to deliver our high end, slick style and method of service, for which we have become known. Many, many letters of thanks, appreciation and praise were received by The Robert Parker Collection from the many wedding couples and guests we served.
